SaraJane Cipperly

Sara is currently a Music Education graduate student at the College of  St. Rose.  In fact, she is a student of Dr. E’s.    It is only in the past year or so that she felt called to take her life-long love of music and make it her vocation to share it with others.

Sara received Bachelors Degrees in Marketing and Management from Clarkson University and spent nearly a decade in sales and marketing.   She then took time to raise her children.   The one common denominator throughout her life is music; regardless of where she lived she found   opportunities to perform vocally with numerous groups and ensembles.  It was as her own children began developing their interests and talents in music, that Sara was inspired to return to school to become a Music educator.

Sara enjoys making music with her church choir, the Cobleskill Community Chorus, the    Schoharie Bell Ringers (when her college schedule permits), various ensembles for the   Schoharie Summertime Cabaret, and most of all, enjoying watching musicals with her children, Kathryn, Alexander and Bridget.
