Music For Little Mozarts 5 & 6 Year Olds -- We have 1 spot left in this class!
Music for Little Mozarts combines general musicianship activities with those that develop performance skills at the piano. Skills taught in the course focus on keyboard performance, listening, pitch matching, keyboard technique, singing, rhythm, movement, and music appreciation. Children will play pieces at the piano throughout each level. Students follow the adventures of Beethoven Bear and Mozart Mouse from the playroom to the recital stage as they learn about music.
Students attend small weekly 50 minute classes. Maximum Class Size: 8 Students
Wednesdays 5-5:50 pm with Dr. E.
Private Lessons Partner Lessons Piano Adventures by Faber and Faber constitute the basis for our weekly group lessons. Supplementary materials are suggested by the teacher, but balanced by the interests of the students. PianoAdventures is organized into units to teach the major concepts and skills but earlier concepts are constantly reinforced as students progress. A wide range of styles in musical material help to develop musicianship and encourages personal expression. This program emphasizes reading music and music theory as well as creativitty, and discovery. Beginner Piano for Adults & Teens
Private lessons are provided for students ages 7 to and including all adults. The musical education we provide in our lessons is a joy for any age or level.

Mondays 3-3:30 pm and 7:30-8 pm
Fridays 3-3:30 pm
Partner lessons are lessons in which an instructor works with two students of similar skills and abilities. The stimulating social interaction of two students playing together and encouraging each other is an atmosphere which is ideal for learning. 30-minute partner lessons are offered
Openings Available:
Mondays 4-4:30: 9 to 12 year old with some piano experience
Mondays: 7-7:30 pm: 7 to 8 year old with some piano experience
Fridays: 7-7:30 pm: 10 to 14 year old with some piano experience
Small Group Lessons
Small Group Lessons are lessons in which an instructor works with 3 to 5 students of similar skills and abilities. Each student plays their own piano and receives both individual and group instruction. Students are introduced to new skills in the group every week. 50-minute small group lessons are offered. Dr. will evaluate skill levels to determine participants for small group lessons.

This is a comprehensive course in reading, playing, and listening to music. The adult beginner will learn to play music for pleasure while developing musical understanding. The student will enjoy playing familiar songs, learn to play chords and gain an understanding of the basic harmony while developing music reading skills. It’s never too late to learn how to play the piano! This class welcomes the complete beginner or folks who are a bit rusty on the keys! This class is for teens as well as adults.
