The staff and management of the Center for Organizational Energy, LLC are very proud to expand our range of services to the instruction of piano for all ages and levels. This venture is in keeping with the teachings of our core sales, management, customer service and communication programs.

I was recently in the airport in Philadelphia and discovered a grand piano placed in a concourse in the center of the airport courtyard. In the middle of the evening rush, I watched as a soldier dressed in camouflage gear sat down at the grand piano and proceeded to play a beautiful piece of music. As he played, crowds of people stopped and listened with awe. He did not seem to be aware of the group that had gathered. When he finished playing, a patriotic round of applause and gratitude was given to him as we all departed for our gates. This is a wonderful memory I hold of a spontaneous moment that reached my heart as well as all of the hearts of those present. One can only imagine the untold stories of those who stopped to listen. For that moment everyone was united in the music that resonated within all of us.

In today’s business world we need to find effective ways to communicate with each other as well as with our inner self. The study of music is very much like the study of a language. It takes the discipline to practice in order to excel in music. In life we have the same opportunities to practice discipline in our relationships with each another. Let’s Play The PianoTM will become our living organizational model for the use of many of the principles that we teach in our management, leadership, strategic planning, customer service and sales programs.
